Rochellé Wheeler
As half of the singing duo "Assurance" during the 80’s,  Rochellé's  ministry with Chaplains in Europe gave her a desire to see the women of Protestant Women of the Chapel grow together in unity, deepen their worship experience and cultivate their relationship with God.  Her more than 23 years of experience with PWOC has challenged her to love, understand and respect the uniqueness of this "multi-denominational, multi-generational, multi-ethnical" group. A former president of PWOC-USA, Rochelle is a wife, mother, lead worshiper (worship leader), Precepts Bible Study teacher, Ministry Coordinator for ChapelNext at Ft. Belvoir and currently serves on the PWOC International website team.
